In order to obtain, maintain, and sustain optimal weight control, a viable system is helpful to understand and follow.  Knowledge is power, and the Optimal Weight Reduction System empowers you with knowledge to assist you in meeting your goals.  The process of weight management is demystified so that simple solutions can be included in your daily habits.
 
There are two major components of the program.  The first is food and supplement (input) - based, and the second is time & activity (output) - based.  Balance in these two areas is important for many reasons.  More can be said about this, but for now, consider this:  if the person is generally healthy, has all metabolic systems functioning optimally, and currently is at their optimal weight, then in order to maintain optimal weight, calories-in must equal calories-out.  If the person is over their optimal weight, then either (or both) of two things must occur.  Either the input (e.g., calories) is reduced, and/or the output (calories burned) must be increased until optimal weight is achieved.  Then, a maintenance program is followed in order to maintain and sustain the gains (e.g., loss of weight) achieved.  If the idea of balance sounds appealing to you, then this is the program you have been waiting for.
